Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return a GeoRipper®, SiBore™ Drill, or related parts and accessories, please review our return options below.

  1. Returns of Unused Products:

If you wish to return an unused product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued, minus any shipping charges.
  1. Returns of Used Products:

If you need to return a used GeoRipper® or SiBore™ Drill, you may do so within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Parts and digging chains are not returnable if used.
  • For GeoRipper® models, only one digging chain can be used.
  • A 50% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of refurbishing the product.
  • Return shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.
  • If any part is missing from the return, the full retail price of that part will be deducted from your refund.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the remaining 50% of the purchase price will be refunded, minus any shipping charges.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at (877) 694-0141 to start the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label.
  3. Package the Product: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging for unused products or appropriately for used products to prevent damage during shipping. You are responsible for the product until it arrives at our warehouse.
  4. Ship the Product: Use the provided return shipping label to send the product back to us.
  5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. For unused products, a full refund will be processed, minus the shipping charges. For used products, a 50% refund will be processed after deducting the refurbishment fee, shipping charges, and the retail price of any missing parts. You can expect your refund to be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days of receipt of the returned product.
